In order to realize that dream, I took work writing wherever I could, and about all kinds of things. Home design, art, plastic surgery, travel, jewelry, community events, parenting, wedding stories, marketing copy… really anything anyone would pay me to write. Perhaps my proudest work, however, was narrating the fascinating stories of lives lived. Long-form profile pieces for Black Hills Faces magazine (long before I eventually owned it).

I still design stories for marketing and promotional purposes, compose pieces for travel media applications and podcasts, and I still cherish the honor of telling the stories of other people’s lives. Their loves. The stories that they want to leave as part of their personal legacy.

I still write because I love the art of narrative design, and I’d love to do it for you.
